Hyde Architecture was approached by a private developer to produce designs and layouts for a contemporary housing development to the rear of two properties in Humberston. The new properties were designed so that each dwelling had a south facing aspect and garden. The frontage of each unit is designed with low eaves and limited north facing openings to eliminate overlooking between properties. The south facing elevations are more heavily glazed to maximise solar gains and views onto the private gardens.
