The client required a large open plan extension to replace a small conservatory to suit the needs of their growing family. The existing conservatory blocked light to the kitchen and views of the garden.
The extension opens the rear of the property onto the garden providing a modern kitchen, dining, and living space. A smaller overhang provides solar shading to prevent the building from overheating in the summer sun.
